以前五反田のお店にお伺いしたことがあり、
今回は池袋店に初訪問
エレベーター8階でおりると
「モルゲン」のかわいいロゴが登場
このロゴ好きなんですよねえ
店内は思ったより広いのと
良い意味で居酒屋っぽくなくシックな空間
今回はテーブル席だったけど
スタイリッシュなカウンターも
ライブ感あって良さそう
「尾崎牛×鮮魚×青木農園野菜」を
「地酒やクラフトビール」でがお店のウリ。
JALファーストクラスや星付きメインで
提供される幻の和牛"尾崎牛"、
プロの買付と徹底した温度管理の"鮮魚"
気候良い青木農園の"野菜"
それぞれにこだわりがあります
