スープに選べる前菜、ガレット、ドリンクがついた2000円前後のプリフィクスランチ(*´ｪ`*)
コンソメスープには玉ねぎもたっぷり♡
前菜はお魚
この日はサーモンとなんかの(笑)タルタル
タルタルソースじゃなくてタルタル( ･ิω･ิ)
生物を細かく刻んで調理したもの、ドーム状の物がそう。
ほんのり塩っけがあるだけなので手前の爽やかな酸味のソースと和えていただきました。
ガレットは黒トリュフ
で、私はお会計2500円でした。
トリュフの香りはそこまで…で、温玉は冷えてました(´・ω・｀)
しゃーない。
ですが具材の鶏肉はゴロゴロ入ってて嬉しい〜♡
他にはぶなしめじ。
蕎麦粉香るガレット生地の中央部はチーズと一体化して
もちっとしてて美味しい。
この日はランチビールでもワインでもなく
グレープフルーツジュースでしめました( ･ิω･ิ)
健全ランチ♪
