こちらの店の前はほぼ毎日通るのだが、
これまで訪問は1度のみ。
あまり自分の好みとは合わなかった気がする。
昔、ちょっと太めの女性が呼び込みをしていたのだが、
その声がめちゃくちゃ好きで
凄く通る声で聴き惚れてしまうような。
ラーメンではなく、呼び込みのお姉さんの
声が楽しみなのであった。
そんなこちらの店が黒胡麻坦々麺を提供しているらしく
お店の前にのぼりが出ていた。
汁なし坦々麺にはちょっとうるさい方で、
試してみたくなり、訪問した。
辛さは3段階の調整ができる。
今回は普通にしてもらった。
食べてみるとなかなか本格的な仕上がりで
辛さもけっこうある。
ベースの味も悪くない。
だが、どう考えてもタレは多すぎて
しょっぱく、ご飯のおかずにしなくてはならないレベル。
辛さがとか痺れがとかではなく、
しょっぱさが強烈でどう考えても
タレの分量間違っていると思える。
ほぼ食べてから店員さんにその事を伝えたが、
もっと早くから苦情を行って作り直してもらえばよかった。
食べ終わったどんぶりの中にはタレが
普通のラーメンのスープの半分くらいの量が残っている。
最初に見た時も汁なしと書いてあったが、
見た目的に少な目の汁有りで、おや？と思ったのだが、
まさかそれがタレなみなみだとは。
同じ経験を社員食堂の台湾混ぜそばでも経験したことがある。
その時は苦情を行って2杯目が提供された。
ひょっとするとこのタレの作り方説明が
適切ではなく、
出来上がった商品の味の確認が
一口、二口で済まされてこういう結果に
なっているのではないかと推測する。
調理する人が辛いの嫌いで1杯完食して
確認していないとか。
とにかく今回伝えたことで
改善されたのか近いうちにチェックしにいこうと思う。
改善されていなかったら作り直しを
申し出るつもり。
