この日は池袋にて飲み~♪
ななぞぅオススメのこちらへ訪問しました(*´ω｀*)
お店は地下にある上に入口は結構地味(笑)
一度通り過ぎてしまい引き返して入店しました(;´∀｀)
大きなテーブルに相席するスタイルでそこそこの密。
お店が地下であることを考えるとちょっと心配なお店ですね(^▽^;)
こちらで頂いたのは、
・お通し
バケットの上に刻んだトマトが乗ったもの。
バルセロナ風みたいなこと言ってたような気がするけどよく聞き取れませんでした(笑)
・馬車にのったモッツァレラ
店名のついたメニュー。ここに来たらこれを食べなきゃ！
(全然調べてなかったから、連れに言われるまで知らなかったけどｗ)
アンチョビの効いたガーリックトーストにチーズをたっぷりかけたようなお料理。
間違いなく美味しい組み合わせ(*´ω｀*)♡
チーズ好き、アンチョビ好きのcheeにはたまりません♪
・ズッキーニの肉詰め
くり抜いたズッキーニにスパイスの効いた挽肉を詰めたもの。
火の入ったズッキーニにひき肉の脂が絡んとってもジューシー♡
・うさぎのロースト
メインの肉料理はお久しぶりのうさぎに決定！
臭みがなくしっとりやわらかでとっても美味しい(*´ω｀*)
ほんのり酸味のあるバルサミコソースも好みです♪
・ジェノベーゼのピッツァ
隣の女性客が食べてたジェノベーゼのパスタがおいしそうだったので釣られて。
(ピッツァを食べるという意思は変わらないｗ)
パリッパリの生地。軽くて〆というよりおつまみ感覚♪
ドリンクは生ビールからの赤ワインを。
味付けや素材の組み合わせがどれもchee好みで美味しいお店でした(*´ω｀*)
