新宿NEWMAN口のエキナカに
牛タンの利休さんがある。
いつものように牛たん定食を頼もうと思ったら
ラーメンも始めている。
よく見るとラーメンではなくて うーめん（温麵）だった。
そーめんの温かいやつ、
まあラーメンの親戚ですよね。
これは頂かなくては。
いくつか種類があったのですが
牛たんテールスープ潮うーめん
薄めの牛たんが3枚、わかめ、青のり、ネギ
牛たんがやわらかくて、程よい厚みもあっておいしい
その下に純白のうーめん。
温かくてやわらかなソーメンです。
牛テールスープがしみじみと温かくて
じんわりと感じられる旨味。
別皿でいつもの牛たん定食にでてくる牛たん焼が2切れ。
白菜漬けと辛味噌もついて、これをかみしめながら
うーめんをすする。テールスープもマイルドな塩気で美味しい。
おいしかった。
やっぱり定期的に牛たんが食べたくなる。
うーめんならラーメンよりも健康な感じもする。
ところで、うーめんとにゅうめんはどこが違うのだろう。
