I ate Yukhoe for the first time in a while. I was sad that I couldn't eat it due to various reasons, so I saw it on the menu and ordered it right away. Wow, this texture and mellowness is delicious and nostalgic. I almost want to order another dish lol As for other meats, I ordered Yamagata beef short ribs as a reservation service. I'm happy. Others include skirt steak and loin. All are delicious. Above all, thick-sliced tongue. This was good. It takes a long time to bake, but it tastes good and has a wonderful texture.
