馬刺し、明太子、鯖、かつお、、、、、、
九州の美味しいものがたくさん食べられるお店
お客さんは1組だけでしたが、店の真ん中に大きな四角いカウンター、周りには4名席
お通しの明太子は3種の味付け
ゆず漬け、昆布〆、激辛、どれも美味しい
かつおの炙りも、馬刺しも食べたい、迷う
迷ったら盛り合わせ
てことで、馬刺し盛り合わせと、うまいもん盛り合わせ(こんな名前じゃなかった)
ごま鯖は甘めの味付け
鯖の炙りは柔らかくてジューシー、炙りが美味しい
鯖炙りと明太子の押し寿司(こんな名前じゃない)は本当に美味しくて、おかわりしました
一つザンネンだったのは、馬刺しのたれがなく、キッコーマンしょうゆが席にあるので、それにつけて食べます
薬味も、しょうがのすりおろしのみ
個人的にニンニクもほしかったなあ、、
お肉自体は新鮮で美味しいので、なんとなくザンネンな気分
九州の甘醤油で食べたかった〜
今日はお酒飲めなかったのでさくさく食べてあっという間に完食
ゆっくり飲めるようになったらぜひまた来たいお店発見しました
