新宿ミロードの中にあります、オシャレな感じのお店ですが、美味しい粉もんをいただきました。
焼きそば以外は自分で焼きました、しかし作り方の丁寧なレシピがありますので簡単にできます。
初めての方なんかは楽しめるのではないかなと思いました。レシピ通りでとても美味しく焼きあがります。
さらに砂時計をはじめとした器具も充実しており、慣れていない方でも簡単にできるようになっています。
味がすでについている「もんじゃ焼き」、とても上品な味で、しっかりと焦げ付いたものをいただきました、王道のもんじゃという感じがします。味はこのままでいいです。やや濃いめの味がもんじゃという感じがします。
お好み焼きは具材が充実、やや甘めのソースでいただきます。辛めが好きな方はそのソースもあるようです。
もんじゃ・お好み焼き・焼きそばと王道の味をいただきましたが、いずれもすごく食べやすかったです。
特にお好み焼きは生地がしっかりしているのかな？ふわっとした感じで、しつこくなくあっさりという感じでいただけました。
新宿のこのようなビルでボトルキープもされていました。リピーターが多いお店なのでしょう。
確かに、このふんわりとした食感だと、お酒のおつまみにもなるなと感じました。とてもええ感じな粉もんのお店でした。
