９月末で、小田急百貨店が建替えの為、
一時閉館になるそう。
その間、隣の小田急ハルクで営業は続けられる
ようだけど、こちらのハルクでの出店は未定と。
もしかしたら、撤退？の最悪もよぎり。
ならば、今のうちに食べておきたい
ミシュランミツ星支店の味。
そう思ってから、数ヶ月。
ようやくです。
連休最終日、13時30分到着。
満席で少し待ちました。
マコン ヴィラージュ 820円
シャルドネ白ワイン
休日ランチ、のんびり楽しみましょ。
すっきりとして飲みやすいワインです。
ランチ特別コース 3,300円
レモンと紫蘇のヴィシソワーズ または野菜サラダ
ヴィシソワーズをチョイスしました。
とても細く切られた紫蘇の葉がたっぷり乗った
ヴィシソワーズ。
細かなみじん切りのレモンと紫蘇でさっぱりといただけます。
滑らかに裏ごしされたヴィシソワーズ。
おいしいなぁ。
メインは、こちらのスペシャリテ「サーモンオゼイユ」
パリ本店と、こちらでしか食べられないメニューらしい。
これを食べたかったんです！！
オゼイユは檸檬風味のハーブのこと。
そのオゼイユをたっぷり使った、クリームソースで
いただくサーモンのグリルです。
酸味のあるクリームソースと中をレアに仕上げたサーモン。
これは、うなります。
白ワイン頼んでおいてよかったぁ。
ソースは、バケットで拭って余すところなくいただきました。
デザートに
バジルのグラニテと檸檬のサバラン 850円
又、レモンだ(笑)
ガラスの器に入った涼しげなデザート。
下から掬って、全て一緒にお召し上がりくださいと。
バジルとレモン、フランス菓子で夏に見かける組み合わせ。
バジルヨーグルトのグラニテ、
檸檬リキュールを吸い込ませたブリオッシュ、
レモンジュレの層。
すっきりながらも、食べ応えのあるフレンチらしい
デザートです。
サービスで小さなチョコレートまで付いていました。
ランチ特別コースのドリンク
デザートに合わせて紅茶(ストレート)でお願いしました。
休日ランチ、ずっと行きたかったトロワグロさんで
ゆっくりデザートまで楽しみました。
移転先、早く決まると良いなぁ。
