とんかつと言う言葉さえなかった時代に登場した、とん丼。 |
伊勢丹新宿店から歩いて直ぐ、連日大行列のようですが
この日は平日の14時時過ぎてたので運良く並ばず入れました。
カウンター席、テーブル席。
風情のある落ち着いた雰囲気のお店です。
★とんかつセット
★とん丼(カツカレー)
カツカレーが丼ぶりになってるんですね。
断面がキレイで分厚いカツが３個。甘めのとんかつソースがかかってます。
脂っこいくなくてあっさりしていて柔らかい。
カレーは少し辛め。フルーツが隠し味に入っているのか
少しフルーティーな味がします。
食べやすい辛さ、そしてコクがありご飯が進みます。
セットの豚汁。真夏日に豚汁なんてー。と初めは思ったけど炒めた豚バラベーコン、玉葱が甘みがありとっても
美味しい。
お店の方も親切で丁寧な対応でした。
