代官山と渋谷の間にあるフレンチ。
ランチの日の光がよく合うモダンでクリーンな店内。
魚にフォーカスといっても、蟹海老アンチョビなどから皮剥鱧まで、幅広く扱って、コンテチーズやバターなどをあわせながらなので、とてもバランスの良いフレンチを食した気になった。
また、パンに非常にこだわりがあり、それとあわせてバターやチーズも美味しいので、料理のおいしさがより引き立っていたように思う。
マドレーヌを口に入れたら中からドバッとソースが出たり、玉手箱をあけると煙が出たり。誕生日のお祝いをして頂いたが、プレートのマジパンがキャラメリゼされてて美味しかったりと、楽しくて美味しい仕掛けも満載。
お茶も沢山取り揃えていて素晴らしいが、少し台湾茶の香りが薄いのは気になった。
素敵なお店でした。
