恵比寿駅西口からも程近くの場所にある
こちらのお店に行ってきました！
入り口の階段からして高級クラブのような
とっても豪華な雰囲気が漂っており
店内に到着すると
キラキラ照明と豪華な内装でギラギラしていて
思わずテンションがあがってしまいます。
店内はカーテンで仕切った個室風になっているので
とても居心地良く人目を気にせず
過ごす事が出来るのが良かったです。
今回はこちらをオーダー

★鳥刺しとセロリの香草カルパッチョ
コリコリ感とふんわり香りが広がる感じ。
とてもまとまったアミューズ！
スプーンの上にのせられていて
食べやすい一口を演出してくれていました。
★エビといくらのジュレマリネ
底には白出汁のジュレ
スプーンで混ぜて食べます。
この白出汁ジュレがとっても優秀でした！
エビと合わせてもいくらとあわせても合うので
どちらの具材ともの
美味しさを引き立たせていました。
★霧島サーモンのいくらタルタル赤ワインソース添え
鹿児島産 オーガニックサーモン
ミキュイという火の入れを最小限に抑えた調理法
目の前でバーナーで炙って
ソースをかけてくれます。
この調理法は相当素材の味が絶品じゃないと
なかなかハードルが高いと思うのですが
さすが！と思うような味でした。
タルタルの甘みと赤ワインソースの酸味が
絶妙に絡み合って美味しさを倍増させていました。
★パスタクリームグラタン
目の前でチーズをたっぷりかけてくれます。
美味しいグラタンもパスタも
同時に堪能できてすごくお得感です。
とても濃厚でクリーミーでコクがあり
美味しい一皿でした。
メイン
★海賊骨付き牛ハンバーグ 香草仕立て
目の前で最後に炎でボワーっと焼いて完成！
火が消えたら食べれるのですが
なかなかのインパクトです！
ハンバーグはとても柔らかくホロホロで
下にあるチーズをたっぷりつけると
クリーミーさが増して美味でした。
サイズ感もちょうど嬉しい感じ。
★デザートプレート
ど迫力のデザートケーキタワー
花火もついていて豪華でした。
3段プレートで
小さめカットのケーキがたくさん！
最後の最後までエンターテイメントが
つまっていて楽しませてくれる演出が
すごく素敵でした。
誕生日会で利用したら
すごく喜ばれそうです◎
カップルの方も多く
女子会利用している方々もいたので
まさに誕生日女子会にぴったりなイメージです。
お店は地下にありますが
Wi-Fiがあるので電波もバッチリでした。
