ヴィーガンメニューでとってもヘルシーですが
どれも味はしっかりめなお料理でした。
カブパッチョは、カブのカルパッチョ。
わさびが少し効いていて
マリネに近いさっぱりした味でした。
白和えとお味噌は、クセがなくて食べやすかったです。
カレー炒めは カレー味が強すぎず
ビーツとにんじんの味と食感を感じられて、
大豆ミートの唐揚げは 大豆ミートとは
思えないくらい食べごたえがありました。
おつけものととろろもあって、
玄米とあわせて楽しめました。
お味噌汁は ごぼう、ねぎ、わかめなど具だくさんで
お出汁が好みの味で嬉しかった！
デザートのBIO CHOCOは、
生クリームやバターを使わず
オーガニックココナッツオイルと
豆乳クリームを使ったヴィーガンチョコ。
普通のチョコと変わらない濃厚さでしたが
後味スッキリでヘルシーな感じがしました。
豆乳ババロアは 杏仁豆腐と豆花の中間くらいの
お豆腐感ある味でした。なめらかだった～！
帰りにはお土産にしょうが飴もいただけました。
店員さんがみんな優しくて良い雰囲気のお店でした！
