■ キムチ・ナムル盛り合わせ
もやしのナムル、ほうれん草のナムル、
梅干しのキムチ、白菜のキムチ。
梅干しのキムチ好きなので嬉しい。
■ 和牛生ユッケ
■ 牛8グリーンサラダ
お好みでレモンをかけて食べると味変。
■ 極上厚切りタンと上タンの２種盛り合わせ
タンの種類を変えて黒タンにしたとのこと。
間違いなく美味しくて極上。
厚切り牛タンはホントに厚切り。
焼いてからハサミで切って食べました。
お店が忙しくなければスタッフにお願いして
焼いていただくことも可能です。
■ 名物 とろ肉３秒炙り
お店のスタッフが焼いてくれます。
サッと炙り卵とタレの中へ。
卵に絡ませて食べる極上とろ肉。
■ 和牛７種盛り合わせ
階段盛りやー！
トモサンカク、サーロイン、シンシン、ナカバラ、
リブカブリ、カメノコ、上ハラミ
階段の1番上のトモサンカクから焼くのがオススメと
言われたのでその通りに。
脂のノリや食感など比べながら食べれていいですね。
■ 和牛ホルモン２種盛り合わせ
これまた全然違う食感のホルモン2種。

生肉丼を食べたかったけど
思っていたよりボリュームがあり
お腹いっぱいになってきたので、
サッパリした冷麺ハーフに変更。
冷麺だと腹パンでもツルツルっとサッパリ食べれる。
■選べるデザート
・絹ごしホームメイドプリンor本日のシャーベット
本日のシャーベットはレモン。
私は絹ごしホームメイドプリンをチョイス。
自分でカラメルをかけるタイプの瓶詰めプリン。
長めの瓶なのでボリュームが割とありますが
デザートは別腹なのでペロリと完食。
結構ボリュームがあるので
肉好きの方や大食いの方は満足できると思います。
このお値段でこのクオリティとこのボリュームで
いいの？お店大丈夫？ってびっくりしちゃいます。
トイレはお店を出て左に沿って進むとあります。
メダル式なので、お店の入口にあるメダルを
1個取ってからトイレへ向かってください。
メダル投入口に、勢い良くメダルを入れてくださいと
書いてあったので勢い良く投入したら
トイレのドアがカチャッと空きました。
