神泉にひっそり佇むお洒落オイスターバー。
常時8種類以上の牡蠣を置いているとのことでしたが、この日は11種類の国産牡蠣がメニューにありました！
・新玉ねぎと牡蠣の一口ポタージュ
新玉ねぎの甘みと牡蠣の旨みとレモンの酸味がとっても合っていて一品目にとても良い料理でした。
・牡蠣の盛り合わせ
どーーんとテンション上がる見た目でした！
そのままの素材の味の生牡蠣、サラダののった牡蠣、ほぐしたカニといくらののった牡蠣、チーズとバジルソースののった牡蠣の順番で食べるとのことで、どれもめちゃめちゃ美味しかったです〜！
チーズとバジルソースののった牡蠣が個人的にお気に入りでした！
・牡蠣バターとモッツァレラのサラダ
牡蠣のエキスをバターに練り込ませているとのこと！塩気が強めでモッツァレラでまろやかになって合っていました。
・有頭海老のブイヤベース
海老、ムール貝、ほたて、あさりと具沢山の海鮮の旨みがよく出たスープにパンを浸して食べる一品。美味しすぎました！
・牡蠣の和牛巻きグリル
目の前でフランベしてくれます！和牛と牡蠣合うのかなあと思いましたがとっても美味しかったです！タレも美味しくてそのままで飲めちゃいました。
デザートは林檎とほうじ茶のバスクチーズケーキとピスタチオのアイス。どちらもとっても美味しかったです！
