立ち食いそばを食べた後は仕事前の珈琲タイムです。
この日の仕事先近くに運よくBMしていた珈琲店がありました。
シックな扉を開けると一番近くの席で何やら作業するご老人。
こちらに顔を向けてこう言い放つ
『コーヒーしかないけど』
はい、大丈夫ですと答えると、ではどうぞお好きな席へと作業をとめてお水の用意。
炒る前の生豆の選別中だったようです。
店名の駱駝ブレンドをお願いすると丁寧にドリップされカップに注がれた珈琲が提供されました。
香りはさほど強くない、マイルドな苦みのある珈琲でした。どなたかが『綺麗な珈琲』といってましたが言い得て妙ですな。うん、そんな珈琲です。丁寧な豆の選別をするご主人の人柄を表すような円やかで穏やかな珈琲です。
ただ、季節のせいなのか、温度がぬるい。ぬるすぎます。
個人的にはせめてもう少し湯温が欲しい。
食後の珈琲タイムはせめて15分くらいは持たせたい・・じゃないと時間調整ができない (笑)
一気飲みできるほどの低温で提供されたとはいえ、美味しい珈琲・・・仕方ないね、10分で飲んで仕事先へ向かいました。
