The ingredients served are freshly ground "Kirishima Chicken" that is flown in that morning directly from a chicken farm in Miyakonojo City, Miyazaki Prefecture. Raised in an environment surrounded by pure natural water from the Kirishima Mountains and fed with wood vinegar and herbs, the meat is firm and has a deep flavor without the typical chicken odor. It is also nice that there are multiple banquet courses with a wide variety of dishes and all-you-can-drink. The interior of the restaurant has a calm and mature atmosphere, making it perfect for private use such as dates and girls' nights, as well as company banquets.
