2023年10月のとある平日11時過ぎに訪ねた。
東京駅から徒歩3分ほどの場所にあるKITTE5階の居酒屋「博多もつ鍋 幸 とりもつえん KITTE丸の内店」。
程好い広さの店内には先客2名。
テーブル席に1人で座り、ランチメニューから「中津唐揚げ定食」¥900を注文する。
7,8分ほど待って料理が提供される。
メインの皿には唐揚げが6個にサラダが添えられている。そこに小鉢料理、ご飯、味噌汁、漬物が付く定食。
ドレッシングがかかったキャベツを一口食べてから中津唐揚げをつまむ。下味が程好く効いた唐揚げはご飯のおかずには嬉しい存在だが、ジューシーさがもうちょっと欲しいところ。鶏肉自体に特にこだわりが無いと思われる。
とは言え、ご飯と唐揚げを食べて味噌汁を飲む流れは心地好い。王道の唐揚げ定食を食べるのも悪くないと思わせてくれた。
小鉢に入っている切り干し大根の存在が非常に嬉しい。揚げとしめじとニンジンが入って甘めに味付けされているおかずがご飯に合う。
キャベツ、ニンジン、カブの浅漬けも合間につまみながら中津唐揚げ定食を満喫する。
唐揚げ以外のおかずがあるので全体的にバランスの良い定食を楽しむことが出来た。完食すると程好い満足感があった。
それほど混雑しないので落ち着いて食事を楽しむことが出来る店。
KITTEに数ある飲食店の中から居酒屋らしさに溢れる「幸 とりもつえん」を利用したが、ランチよりも夜にもつ鍋をつつきながら酒を飲みたいと思える店であった。
