サラダバー探しの旅。久々。
新橋駅徒歩5分ほどの中華屋。
ホテルの中なので、綺麗でスペースもゆったり、
箱も大きいのはかなりの好ポイントですね。
定食は780円、880円。
日替わりは680円とリーズナブル。
サラダバー、杏仁豆腐、ごはん、コーヒーがお替り自由。
とりあえず780円の回鍋肉定食を注文。
サラダバーはレタス・キャベツ、コーン、
味付けもやし、ザーサイ細切り等。
この値段だったらまあ満足できる内容だけど
場所が狭いので何人かが一度にサラダをとることができず
すぐ渋滞するのは要改善。
メインの回鍋肉。
塩気はあるんだけど味がぼんやりしてて
ダシが効いてない感じ。肉も少なめ。
油通しなんかはちゃんとしてるので
社員食堂よりはギリギリ美味いかな、くらいのレベルか。
スープがついてるんだけど、異常に酸っぱい。
これはほとんど残しました。
値段が値段なので、味は期待してなかったけど
やっぱりそれ相応でした、というオチか。
とにかく野菜食べたい人にはありかと。
