A deli on the corner of Shinbashi. Usually you can eat with wine on the second floor, but when I visited, they were only open for takeaway. ・Fujironi (810 yen) Large pasta with holes and plenty of bolognese. The rich flavor of red wine stew and the richness of cheese are perfect for alcohol. ・Quiche (410 yen) I think it was salmon and asparagus? The balance of the crispy dough and salmon cream was just right and it was very delicious. The lasagna and Hamburg steak also look delicious. I would like to have them with wine at the restaurant when things calm down.
