A sushi restaurant with a combination of chains and independent shops located on Ginza 8-chome Kenban-dori. I ordered sashimi and a sashimi platter that was not listed on the menu, which is probably standard at chain restaurants, but the chef was happy to accommodate me. The person who was called the manager by the other staff had a good balance of attentiveness and friendliness, and his customer service was pleasant. Even though it's in Ginza, the prices are clearly stated on the menu, so you can rest assured.
