2名で伺ったのですが、この量！
おかわりも同量できました。
料理はラム肉、かたばらラム肉の他に新たに山形県産天元豚も食べ放題に追加になったそうです。
他にも鍋野菜、高原野菜、ラーメン、おにぎり、漬物も食べ放題でドリンクも飲み放題(一部を除く)で5700円とリーズナブルでした。
ラム肉は主にオーストラリア、ニュージーランド産で北海道の工場で加工したもので、新鮮でラムしゃぶ用に薄くスライスされて軽く1・2秒鍋にくぐらせると もう食べ頃になります。
新鮮なので赤身が多少残っているくらい、5枚くらい豪快に食べるのがポイントと聞いたので お皿にたくさんありますがすぐ食べておかわりしちゃいました。
前菜できたグラスサラダには紅しぐれ、黒大根、青芯大根、人参、サニーレタス、フリルレタスとおしゃれでドレッシングも爽やかでした。
また、鍋野菜も玉ねぎ、ほうれん草、豆腐、もやし、しらたき、しいたけ、しめじ、キャベツ、紅しぐれ、黒大根、青芯大根、人参、サニーレタス、フリルレタスと豊富でした。
高原野菜も気になりましたが、この日はお腹いっぱいになってしまったので 次回食べようかと思います。
ラム肉は軽くくぐらせて、薬味のネギ、大根おろし、もみじおろしや 卓上のスパイスで食べてもよし、野菜を一緒にさっぱり甘ダレで食べてもよしです。
ジンギスカンと違い、薄くスライスしてあり 湯にくぐらせるのであっさりで、さらに低脂質・高タンパクでヘルシー。
おにぎりにお肉を乗せて、肉寿司にして食べましたが最高でした！
他に火鍋コースやすき焼きコースもありました。
場所は新橋と銀座の中間にあり店内は清潔でテーブルをくっつけることも出来るので、宴会や打ち上げにもいいと思いますし、おひとり用のスペースもありました。
芸能人のサインも多数あり、関ジャニ(ストームレーベルズ)の横山くんやAKB48のメンバーのサインもありました。
あと店長さん、メガネ爽やか男子でした！
