紺屋町通りにある阿波おどりカラクリ時計の
そばにあるビルの4階にあります。専用の
エレベーターで上がると、落ち着いた
雰囲気にロースターが並んでいます。
「お得盛り」の上カルビは脂身が多めで、
サンチュに巻いて食べるとさっぱりします。
上ロースやハラミは赤身がきれいで、
しっかり焼いても柔らかく食べられます。
タレは2種類あり、塩ダレはニンニクが強く、
醤油ダレもスパイシーでお酒が進みます。
野菜盛りのレンコンは厚みがあって、
シャクシャクとした食感が楽しいです。
値段は少し高めで、接客は初々しいです。
