「バーシャモニー」で飲んだ後は、もちろんもう一軒いきます。続いてやって来たのは「夢酒ＯＧＡＷＡパイプのけむり」。オープンして４９年にもなる歴史のある老舗のバーで、小川信行さんというコンテストで日本一にもなったことがある、すごいバーテンダーの方のバーです。
まだオープン直後ということもあり、先客はいませんでしたので、店内の写真を撮らせていただきました。歴史を感じさせる昔ながらの雰囲気が最高です。
まず１杯目はいつもの「ギムレット」小川さんはもう７０代半ばくらいだと思いますが、シェイクする姿もすごく凛々しくて格好いいです。ギムレットも正統派な味で、酸味と甘みのバランスがちょうど良くて飲みやすいです。
チャームは一見バゲットのように見えますが、サンドイッチのように間にツナが挟まって美味しい！
２杯目は賞を取ったカクテルから「フローラ オブ ゴールド」アップルリキュールやドライジンなどを使ったカクテルでブルーキュラソーも入る青いカクテルですが、遊び心で光るコースターの上の載せてあって色が変わって面白い。甘い味わいなんですがドライジンがキリッと効いています。
3杯目は栃木ということで、とちおとめを使ったカクテルを作ってもらいました。名前は分かりませんがイチゴの味と香りが豊かな甘酸っぱくて美味しいカクテルでした。
以上で締めて５０００円くらいのお会計。レベルは高いのに東京に比べるとリーズナブルなのが嬉しいところ。最初はお客さんが僕一人だったので小川さんと色々話ができて楽しかったです。やっぱりバーはいいなぁ。
