昔ながらの味のある麺、もちもち感とコシが同居しています。
昼は出雲うどんのうどん屋さんです。 店主の気まぐれメニューもあります。 自宅の畑で収穫した野菜などを使ったランチは要予約（コーヒー付1200円）２名様以上 店内は大きなお座敷です。（椅子席もあります） お子様が騒いで困るというお客様には別室もあります。 夜は、お任せ完全予約でおひとり様2500円～ですが、ドリンクは持ち込み制です。 |
初めて出雲大社に伺いました。
米子から小一時間、なかなか良い景色のドライヴでした。
参拝前の腹ごしらえとして入店。
他にも行列がある店など沢山ありましたが、コチラはすんなり入れました。
名物の出雲そばと、コチラきのこの産地らしいので舞茸天ぷらのセットを発注。
蕎麦は田舎蕎麦って言うんですかね。黒いやつ。
コレが３段になっていて、食べ方の手順が決まっています。
先ずは1番上の蕎麦にネギと薬味を投入し、ツユをひと回し。
ズルズルっと良い音を奏でながらすすります。
ウンマイ。食べ終わったら残ったツユを２段目に投入しズルズル。
つゆが足りなくなったら補充。という感じです。
天丼は舞茸、エビ、シソ、そしてなんと白ネギの構成。
舞茸はサクサク、シソもサクサク。
エビも普通に美味しい。
白ネギは甘味を感じる。コレは美味しいです。
3段の蕎麦は結構な量で嬉しかった。
