店内に入ると珈琲豆の良い匂いが。
喫茶店のこういう匂いが大好きです。
ブラジルブレンドの「高千穂(430円)」をオーダー。
甘味とキレの良さが特徴とのこと。
マスターが丁寧に豆を挽くところから始めてくれます。
10分後到着。
一口。美味い。
程良い苦味とスッキリした味わい。
嫌な酸味も全くありません。
ブラックで飲むのが◎。
滋賀県長浜に美味しい珈琲店があるのは正直予想外でした。
観光地にはこのようなこだわりの珈琲店があると、ゆっくり街歩きしたくなります。
