Move from Moriyama to Otsu along Lake Biwa. Since I was looking for a restaurant where I could eat alone for only once during my stay in Otsu on the evening of a weekend, single customers had to pay in advance. I ended up finding this Restaurants in a complex directly connected to JR Otsu Station. The official website says, `` Restaurants offers carefully selected dishes created by our chefs, with a menu of local produce and local consumption that also uses local vegetables.'' However, looking at the menu, it seems that the restaurant is not so proactive about producing for local consumption. There is no appeal. The product that conveys the most appeal is "Shiga Sake," which has an overly straightforward name as seen in the photo. First of all, I ordered it with food. After ordering, I looked inside the store again. The menu and interior are very stylish, and of course they don't have carp Sushi. All the store staff are young people. It has the atmosphere of Restaurants run by young people for young people, and although it was my first time in Otsu, I get the impression that both Otsu and JR have changed. After a while, all orders were served. Calendar salads are arranged in a symmetrical manner, and are they meant to be placed in the center of the table and shared by couples? Since I was lucky enough to have it all by myself, I ate it in two batches. Steak are also in the 1,000 yen range, which I think is a good value for a fashionable restaurant. The taste is also good. Ajillo is also just the right amount. Sake doesn't go well with the menu, but it's the only place you can get a taste of Shiga, so it's no problem. Since I can't tell the difference between the delicate tastes of Japanese sake, there is no problem. The price was just over 5,000 yen, so the cost performance was not bad, and other than not being able to experience the atmosphere of Shiga, I was satisfied.
