関越道を東松山ICで降りて、ランチにて訪問です。
栃木県発信のハンバーグなんですが、栃木県発信のお店は結構肉系が多い気がします。
土曜日の14時過ぎでも、店内はほぼ満席で人気店ですね。
メニューを見たと同時に、お店の看板にもある、爆弾ハンバーグ一択です。
ソースはにんにくソース、コレがクセになるですね。
先に運ばれて来たサラダと、野菜ジュースでハンバーグを待ちます。
いよいよハンバーグですが、入店時に説明のあった、
髪をL字に折ってハンバーグにソースをかけた際の、
防御体制に入ります。
俵形のハンバーグをお店の方が、ナイフで半分に切り、
お待ちかねのにんにくソースを一気にハンバーグへ。
豪快なジュージュー音と共に、防御の紙に向け飛びまくります。
熱々のハンバーグを口に入れたら、ライスも一気に！
うっ美味い^_^
ガッツリ食べたい時は、家からはちょっと遠いのですが、
来たくなるんです。
ライスはお代わり自由なんですが、TVのケン⚪︎⚪︎ショーで栃木県特集の際に、地元の方はライスににんにくソースをかけて食べるのを見て、私も真似てみます。
お代わりのライスに、にんにくソースを軽くかけて頂くと、コレまた美味い。
残しておいたハンバーグと一緒に、にんにくソースライスを一心不乱に喰らいます。
あー満足で腹パンパンです。
