山岡家で、初朝ラー。
今回は初めての、山岡家の朝ラーメン。
欲望で餃子をつけ、言い訳でほうれん草をトッピング。
朝ラーメン。
最終的な印象は、酸味の効いたライトな塩とんこつ。
濃厚さや重たさはなく、食べやすい一杯。
このスープなら、麺は細麺のままで良いとして、モチモチ感がある麺のほうが合うかなぁ。
餃子。
酢だけでイケる、私好みの味付け。
私が抱く「山岡家らしさ」はあまり感じない一杯でしたが、これはこれでアリ。

今回は、味噌ネギラーメン。
麺量は、中盛りを選択。
このチェーン店は、普通の白髪ネギと辛ネギが両方あるので、その時々で選べるのが便利。
今回はスーツ姿だったので、大量に汗をかくわけにはいかず、普通の白髪ネギバージョン。
ベースの味噌ラーメンは、決して嫌いではない方向性の味噌とんこつ。
全部普通でお願いした自分が悪いんですが、普通でも脂の量が凄まじい。
