A walking trip through Little Edo in Kawagoe with a friend. A fun day of sightseeing and eating around. The most fun part was the experience class of making Japanese Confectionery (nerikiri) while being taught by a Japanese Confectionery craftsman♪ After having so much fun, we decided to have a drink and go home. I came to this place, which also has private rooms. I walked a lot, so the beer was delicious (๑>◡<๑) Offal stew is the type that is heated at the table using solid fuel. It looks luxurious and you can eat it piping hot, which is great! Particularly delicious was this specialty, fried rare horse mackerel. A rare fried horse mackerel of a fine size. It can only be made when good horse mackerel arrives, so it doesn't seem like you can eat it all the time, so I was lucky. It goes really well with wasabi and I'd like to try it again. The fried chicken with pickled ginger is also recommended. A unique fried chicken with pickled ginger mixed into the batter that I have never seen anywhere else. This is quite delicious. There was also local sake from Kawagoe. I took the opportunity to try it. There are small drinking sizes, and you can choose your favorite choko. This choko is also cute. Not only did they pour the sake into the choko, but they poured it into the saucer as well. With this size, you can enjoy a variety of sake little by little. We finished off with parent-child rice topped with salmon and salmon roe. The staff's customer service was polite and the place was very comfortable.
