2021年、ラーメン61杯目(^^)
土曜日、雨もかなり降っていて、何処へ行く予定もない。
何だかなぁ…コロナのせいで、つまらん夏休みだわぃ…。
それならラーメンでも食べに行くかと、家内とふじみ野市にある「ラーメン 雷豚」さんを初訪問してみた。
12時半頃の訪問だったが、店内客席はまばらで4割程の入り。
メニューを眺め、2人とも「味噌ラーメン(825円)」をお願いしやす！
家内は寿司が好きなので、たまには付き合ってやらなきゃイカンけど、オイラはどうしてもラーメンが食べたくなっちまうんだな〜(^^;
7,8分で着丼〜♪
結構細かい背脂が沢山乗っていて、なかなか美味しそうじゃないの(^^)
早速スープからいただきやす！
豚骨ベースの味噌スープで、深いコクよりも、ややあっさり目に感じるのでクドサはない。
ただその分、チト物足りなさを感じたかな。
個人的に味噌ラーメンには「濃厚さとコク」を求めているのでね…。
途中から擦り下ろしニンニクと七味唐辛子を入れて味を調節すると、なかなか美味しくなったけどね！
麺は中太で、手揉みで縮れさせたような感じ。
もう少し太麺で、縮れ卵麺の方が合う気がするんだな〜！
全体的に不味くはないが、抜群に旨いと言う程でもない。
子供からお年寄りまで、万人に合う味…そんな一杯だったかな〜(^^;
