大阪府八尾市にある「らーめん工房 RISE」さんに昼食を取るために初訪問。
近鉄大阪線「近鉄八尾駅」から約900mに位置します。
平日OPEN11:30の約10分前に車にて到着。
お店の西横に3台分の駐車場確保があります。
開店と同時に1番客として入店。
滞在中の後客は2組4名でした。
客席は合計11席(カウンター5人・テーブル2人×1・4人×1)
店名から勝手に今風のお店だと思ってましたが、昔ながらの雰囲気を持ったたたずまい。
老夫婦と若めのお兄さんの3名で感じ良い接客で営業されています。
今回のオーダーは下記合計980円。
・河内の塩 880円
・味玉 100円
・ライス(小) 120円:ランチ無料
待つこと4分程にて着丼です。
◆河内の塩＋味玉
貝の塩スープに中細麺。
具は、食べ応えのあるチャーシュー・細切りメンマ多め・白髪ネギ、追加の味玉です。
お味の方は優しさを感じる上品なタイプ。
店内やスタッフの雰囲気からかけ離れた感じですが(失礼)、美味しくいただける一杯です。
スープをライスにかけておじや風にしたのですが、コチラもなかなか良かったです。
頻繁に来る地ではないので再訪できるかは解りませんが、機会があれば他のメニューもいただいてみたいと思いました。
