こんなに来てるのにレビュー書いてないと気づきました。
個人的にベスト5に入るお店です。
お気に入りの醤油ラーメン(別称堺ブラック)は個人ランキングブラック部門トップです。
豚骨醤油の天翔ラーメンも美味しいです。
その他...も文句無しです。
あえて言うと、
駐車場6台程で狭いです。向かいにコインパーキングあります。提携はわかりません。
ランチ営業時間が14時30分迄。
日祝は定休日。
タイミング合わない事が多いです。
良いところはpay使えます。ラーメン屋さん使えないところ多いので嬉しいです。
今日はつけ麺食べたかったので、初めて天翔つけ麺頼みました。大盛りです。
茹でるのに6分かかると書いてます。
配膳されました。
やってしまったが第一印象です。
量多。
でもそんなに太麺ではないです。
麺の上にチャーシュー4枚載せてます。
モチモチ腰ありです。
スープの上にお皿を置いて葱とシナチクとよく見る昆布みたいなのが載っています。ザルそば的。
分離したかいなく全部入れます。
スープ濃いですが、つけ麺はこんなものかなって位です。
途中ニンニクと胡椒入れました。
麺は温と冷の中間くらいの温度です。
結局ペロッと完食しました。
ボリュームあります。
スープ割メニューに書いてないし、無いのかな？と思ってると店員さんが声掛けてくれました。
別の器にスープ割入れて持ってきてくれました。全部入れて丁度良かったです。
飲み干しました。
美味しくいただきました。
