関東風なので背開き、蒸し焼き
蒸し焼きだからふわふわの食感
パリパリの関西風も好きだけどふわふわの関東風も捨てがたいそう思わせてくれたお店‼️
めっちゃおいしい‼️是非‼️
⬇️ここからは最近の偽物鰻屋の文句⬇️
案件などでうなぎを食べると鰻の左半分、右半分に分けられた巨大なウナギが出てくるんですがこれがクソまずいんですよね、骨も太いし薬品臭い。こんなうなぎ食べるぐらいなら吉野家の方が全然マシ。
バーナーで炙って完成の鰻なんて鰻じゃねーわ笑
