自家製麺つきよみさんへ
近くのコインパーキングに停めて店へ11時40分着。店内先客2人。
つけ麺が人気のようですので
特製つけ麺 1380円
を注文。
麺の量は200、250、300gと無料で選べます。
食券を渡した際に聞かれます。
私は250gでお願いしました。
注文を待っている間あっという間に席が埋まり中待ちと外待ちまで出来ていました。タイミング良かったです。
具材は肉盛りだくさんで大ぶりの炙りチャーシュー2枚、鶏モモの炙り２つ、味玉、大きめのメンマが入っていてまず見た目でテンション上がります。
麺は全粒粉の入った平打ち太麺美味いです。
つけ汁は魚介系で魚粉のビター感が少しあり柚子の香りと交わりいい感じです。最後まで飽きずに食べれます。
具材は鶏モモの炙りが特に美味しいです。焼き具合最高でした。
〆にご飯もついてくるようですがボリュームがあったのでスープ割だけお願いしました。
スープ完飲。美味しいつけ麺でした。
まぜそばを頼んでいる方も多かったので次回挑戦したいと思います。
