会社帰りに〝ぶたなかさん“に行ってきました。
事前に写真を見てたので期待大です。
お店は建物の奥にあってちょっと分かりにくい。
お客さんは3組、テーブル席に座りました。
注文したのはもちろん焼豚定食、旦那は肉増しです。
豚バラ軟骨のトロトロ煮はシェアします。
運ばれてきた豚バラ軟骨はとってもかわいいサイズ。
ここは居酒屋、こんなサイズがお酒のアテにはいいのね。
柔らかくてとろけるお肉、一瞬でなくなりました。
焼豚定食は…写真とは違って貧相。
お肉はロースト豚バラの2枚です。
お味噌汁、小鉢、漬物、サラダもついてます。
ではいただきます！
お肉は〜ちょっとかたい、筋感も気になる。
脂はあまり乗っておらず、そして冷たい。
ほかはそこそこでした。
後から入ってきた常連さんと、でかいボリュームでお店の人がおしゃべりしてたのも居心地が悪かったです。
他のお客さんのことは気にしないんだって思いました。
もう行くことはないですね。
