オタロードを南に行ったところ
店内は思いのほかコンパクト
券売機で先に食券を買うシステム
残念ながらぞうすい売り切れみたい
・鶏もつつけ麺 200g 950円
・熟鮮玉子 150円
イチオシっぽい鶏モツつけ麺
光り輝く麺が目に入ってくる
見るからに出汁感のあるつけダレ
むちっとした麺の凄まじいのど越し
濃いめで刺激的なつけダレがあってこその相乗効果を生み出す
つけダレに沈んでいるモツ煮の柔らか食感もいいね
ちなみに熟鮮玉子の濃厚さが舌を巻くほどだったと最後に付け加えておく
