There are many types of yakitori, so if you order 10 courses, they will serve you a variety of different types, so we recommend it! Especially the heart, the sour seasoning that is neither salt nor sauce is exquisite! Other internal organs such as liver, gizzard, and kumquat are fresh and delicious, so I think it would be a good idea to add them if they are not included in the course.
