法善寺の猫撮影後、ふらっと伺いました。ひとりでしたが、余裕。店構えは入りづらい感じですが、全く問題なし。意外と若いお客さん多いです。
入ってみるとカウンター席とテーブル席。ひとりだったのでカウンターに。ホールの店員さんは女性。カウンターで仕上がりを待っています。なんともユニーク。またこの女子達がなかなかの接客センス。話がうまいのではなくて、それとない接客と笑顔が素敵なのです。焼き上げる男性陣もいい感じ。やりがいを感じている仕事姿に見えました。
豚平焼きとお好み焼きをオーダー。あとはビール。オーダーしてからビールはすぐ。豚平焼きで約5〜10分。お好み焼きは15分くらいはかかります。水分飛ばすの難しいですから。
まずは豚平焼き。目の前でしあがっていくのですが、卵の具合、肉の具合、返し方、などどれをとってもよだれがでます。美味そう！ってか食べてみて、うまいのよ。これ。素朴かつ…こだわりどんだけ？って感じ。
次、お好み焼き。これはまぁぼちぼちかな。水分もっと飛ばせば一層うまいのになぁ！ってとこ。ソースと生地のバランスは悪くないですね。
あっという間に平らげて食事終了。ごちそうさまです。また伺うこと間違いなし。他に食べたいものたくさんありましたからね！
