もち米美味い！イーサン料理セット！
日本橋のタイ料理『ファンサパロット』へ。
今まで何度も来ているが、ここまで混んでるのは初めてだった。
今回はいつもの僕の殿堂メニューであるAランチ
（御飯、目玉焼き、パッ・バイ・ガパオ、タイ風グリーンカレー）をやめて、前回連れが食べてて美味しそうだったイーサン料理セットを頼んでみた。
イーサン料理セット 1134円税込
カオニアウ（もち米）がモチモチしててとても美味しい。ただ、量がもう少し多いと良い。というのも辛くて美味しい青いパパイヤサラダ（ツムタムタイ）を中和出来るのが、もち米なんだけど、量が少なくバランスが悪い。
焼き豚（ムーヤーン）は今日は前回より少し焼きが足りない気がした。
全体的にはやはりAランチには敵わない。
それと、満員だったので、対応がまったく追いついておらず、接客という点では今回は残念だった。まぁ、仕方ないけど。
美味しい本格タイ料理のお店
既に僕の中で殿堂入りしてるお店に久しぶりに来店。
いつものAランチ（御飯、目玉焼き、パッ・バイ・ガパオ、タイ風グリーンカレー）を注文。税入りで1069円也。
何度も頼んでるけど、実に美味い。パッ・バイ・ガパオはタイの屋台でとても人気の炒め物で、甘いさの中に辛さが引き立つ絶品。でも、今日はグリーンカレーがいつもの切れがなかったなぁ。
また、この二品が白い御飯に合う。一見、量が少なく見えるが、全部食べるとそれなりのボリュームあり。
本日も美味しかった。
相方が「煮込み豚肉の麺」を食べてて、少しもらったが、これまた絶品‼️
今度はそれにしてみようかな。

この日もお客さんは外人だけの狭い店内（二階あり）。店のお子さんもいて、タイ語が飛び交う店内。僕はそれは異国情緒として受け入れられるが、そこが苦手な人もいるかもしれない。

10%オフのクーポンがあったんだね。パッ・バイ・ガパオとグリーンカレーは相変わらず美味しい。二つとも旨味のある辛さだから好きなんだよね。やはりAランチは神メニューである。他のメニューを食べたこともあるが、やはりこれだね！これからも定期的に通おう。
