オーダーしたもの
『道頓堀焼(ねぎたまのせ)』
(中身：豚肉、牛すじこんにゃく、小えび、いか、チーズ)
『パリパリ鉄板餃子』
大阪と言えばお好み焼き！ということで大阪人の知人のおすすめのお店という千房さんに訪問しました。
後から関東圏にもあることを知ったので、関東のお店にも行ってみようかなと思いました。
目の前に鉄板があるので自分たちで焼くタイプだと思っていたのですが、お店側で焼いたものを鉄板に移していただくスタイルでした。
間違いない美味しさをアツアツのままいただけると言うわけです。
上記をオーダーしたところ、道頓堀焼の目玉焼きの上にスタッフさんが可愛いニコちゃんマークを書いてくださいました。これだけでもテンション上がりますし、大阪の思い出が増えちゃいました。
切り分けは自分たちで思うがままに。
目玉焼きが半熟でとろとろ、とろけて鉄板に落ちると焼かれてかたまりました。
生地はふわふわのふかふかで、厚みもしっかりあります。生地のお出汁の甘みと旨み、ソースの濃さも絶妙で良かったです。中の具材もたっぷり入っています。特に注目すべきは、やはり牛すじこんにゃくです。プリプリ感が楽しくて好みでした。
ねぎたまのせにしたのも大正解で、完全にどストライクでした。
パリパリ鉄板餃子も写真を撮り忘れましたが美味しかったです。薄めのワンタンのようなものがパリパリに。ラー油？がかかっていてピリ辛なのも良かったです。
