本日のLunchは大阪・堺筋本町の≪船場センタービル≫にある中華【鳳玲軒】です。
「ほうれい線」みたいな名前のお店ですね。
多分、２回目。
典型的な大陸系の方の経営みたいな感じだね。
食べたのはコレ↓
→四川担々麺(汁なし)セット(800円)
「汁なし」と「汁あり」が選べます。
オイラは無しの方が好きかな？？
さて、
暫くして登場!!
出てきて思った。。。
セットにしたけど、
基本、ライスとスープが付いてるだけ。
炭水化物＋炭水化物のセットだ。
若い頃は良いけど、最近はお腹周りに堪えそう。
では、頂きます。

麺の上に...
肉味噌とチンゲンサイとモヤシが載ってます。
何か寂しいな。
もっと、華やかな担々麺を期待してたのですが...
取り合えず、混ぜ混ぜします。
ココの汁なし担々麺は、本当に水分が少ない。
普通、
器のそこにはソコソコの汁がありますが、
ココは少ないのです。
その分、混ぜにくい。
麺がほぐれないのだ。
→完了。
頂きます。
麺は若干細め。
そこに肉味噌と辛いタレが絡まって。。。
旨いじゃん!!
チョット、
この期待外れの旨さが嬉しい。
麺の茹で加減もバッチグー。
美味しくペロッと食べてしまいました。

本日のLunchは大阪・堺筋本町の≪船場センタービル≫にある中華屋【鳳玲軒】です。
以前も中華屋だった所にいつの間にかオープン。
食べたのはコレ↓
→ジャージャー麺定食(850円)
なお、
単品だと750円です。
店員さんは大半が中国人の方。
たどたどしい日本語が良いですね。
さて、
暫くして登場。
一瞬、。。。
スゲー量じゃん。
写真とは違う。
個人的には少な目を希望してて、コレにしたのに。。

キュウリのさっぱり感が夏には嬉しい。
ただ、
麺が結構引っ付いて、食べにくいなぁ。
お味は...
普通に美味しい。
ナッツ類が多いと甘めになりますが、
そこは丁度いい具合。

なので、たまにしか来ない。。
前回は...４年前？？
食べたのはコレ↓
→若鶏の唐揚定食(680円)
日替り定食的な感じ。
他のメニューは麺セットが多いかな？
悩みつつ、実は消去法的な感じでコレをオーダー。
店内は大衆中華的雰囲気。
ただ、
経営が大陸の方？
その為、雰囲気的には日本の大衆中華ではなく、
向こうの雰囲気ですね。
少しして登場。
おお！凄いボリューム。
そこそこの大きさの唐揚が５個。。
ちょっと、驚き♪

写ってませんが、
レモンが添えられてるので、搾って...
パクッ！旨い。
熱々、ジューシー。
胡椒を付けて頂くとさらに美味しい。
→春巻きとサラダ。
サブのおかず。
ただ...
熱々じゃない。作り置き？
そして、恐らくコレは冷凍食品かな？？
コレも胡椒を付けて頂きました。。
あと、サラダですが、
コレ、唐揚げに添えられてる野菜と同じじゃん。

玉子とワカメのスープ。
コレまた、
胡椒の味付けでした。
