天満橋OMMビル地下にある熊本ラーメンのお店。
辛みそラーメンを注文したけれどさっぱり辛くなかったので、卓上の辛味タレをたっぷりかけると、結構辛くなりました。
辛味タレはラー油と唐辛子を練ったようなものでした。
と言うことは、別に注文の段階で辛みそでなくても、どのラーメンでも辛味チャレンジはできると言うことですね。
ただ、スープ自体がすごく甘いので、コショウを足しても辛味を足してもまとまらないアンバランスなお味。んー、こう言うものなんでしょうけどいまいち。
しかし、残念なのはスープがヌルくて、ラーメンとしてはちょっとね。
やはり、スープの熱さはその店の味全体を表現してますよね。
