ラーメン而今 中之島フェスティバルプラザ店＠ラーメン 大阪 肥後橋

HPを見たらびっくり。
5店舗目の新店なんですね。
『ラーメン而今中之島フェスティバルプラザ店』さんへ初訪問です。
建物自体が新規OPENだったんですね。
写真を撮っていると相方さんからラインが…。
待ち30人くらいいてます。。
ほんまやねｗ
胡蝶蘭がずらりと。
カオマンガイもあるんですね。
夜は居酒屋需要も考えてか肴やアルコールも。
今この瞬間をただ懸命に生きる。
あっさりの塩にしました。
鴨も。
鳴門がいいですね。
もはや武器化しそうなラーメン？麺類専用の箸。
スープは塩分濃度もちょうどよく旨くまとまっております。
麺はミネヤさんの加水高め。
白ご飯は量少なめでした。
特製や味付けのご飯を食べるとゆうに1,000円超えてくるんですね。
場所的な問題なのか、人気点ゆえなのか肥後橋界隈のサラリーマンさんたちが
どう感じるかが今後楽しみですね。
あっさりの醤油も気になります。
通し営業がありがたいですね。
店を出てもまた30人ぐらい並んでました。
