この日2軒目は串イッカさん。
メニューも大衆的な定番はなく、
どれも創作意欲溢れるメニューです。
豚肉と海苔のミルフィーユ梅肉、
豚バラと梅肉のコンビネーションがいいですねぇ、
見た目はでんでん太鼓みたいな感じですが（笑）
なんこつバーグ、ハンバーグの中に軟骨の
コリコリが潜む逸品でございます。
焼きそばの串揚げ、これは例えたら
モダン焼きの端のカリカリになった
焼きそば。
他にもこんなコンビネーションよく考え
ついたもんだというオリジナリティ溢れる
メニューでした♪
