Food [takeaway menu] Specially selected Japanese beef fillet cutlet sandwich
The cutlet sandwich made with fillet of Kuroge Wagyu beef, which we started making at the request of our regular customers and has been popular for some time, is now available for takeaway. We hope to be able to provide some food to those who are unable to come to the store, those who are unable to have company gatherings, and those who are in trouble.

Steak knives and forks are made using Ryusen cutlery, which has a pattern that can be called art, created exclusively for our store by an Echizen cutlery craftsman who is said to have been waiting for about two years, in time for Steak opening. Enjoy our oven-Steak steaks and Steak on plates that have been grilled one by one with our unique sensibilities.
ChefChef Yuichi Fukuda profile
Born in Osaka in 1973. After working at Tsuruya Hachiman, a long-established Japanese Japanese Confectionery shop in Osaka, he became impressed with French cuisine while wandering Europe. After returning to Japan, at the age of 23, he approached Kitahama Michelin 1-star [Le Pont Ciel], where he worked for a total of 7 years, including as a division chef.After that, he served as the opening chef of [Kitashinchi Fukutatei], and in 2016 [Kiln Grilled Steak Fukuda] opened in December.
