ずっと気になっており、保存していたお店。
上司が予約してくれていて
はっきりとコース内容分からないのですが
8,000円のコースとの事でした。
コース内容

（オリーブのマリネ、エビとイカのマリネ、ジャガイモのエスプーマ）
＊グリーンサラダ（写真無し）
＊フライドポテト～アンチョビマヨネーズ
＊牛サーロイン自家製冷製ローストビーフ
＊お魚料理（忘れたけど切り身にチーズが乗っていた）
＊牛フィレ肉とフォアグラのロッシーニのハーフサイズ
＊柚子ソルベ
追加で注文したアラカルトメニュー
＊トリュフのリゾット
＊もっちりフォカッチャとブルーチーズ
＊苺のモンブラン（☆数量限定メニュー）

コースだけでかなり満足できる量が出てきました。
牛フィレ肉とフォアグラのロッシーニが
看板メニューだけあって美味しかったです。
乗っていたマッシュポテトも美味しかった。
コースだったので通常のハーフサイズとの事でしたが
1人1皿なのでちょうどいい量でした！
別途追加で注文したフォカッチャは
某有名ドーナツ店のポ◎デリ◎グみたいな
もっちもちで写真よりかなり小さいサイズ！

チーズが嫌いな私には
ブルーチーズの独特な香りの良さがまだまだ分かれず…
リゾットはめちゃくちゃ味が美味しいのに
アルデンテを意識したものの失敗したというぐらい
芯が残りすぎていて残念でした。
口の中が噛んだらパサパサになり
一緒に行った者全員満場一致でこれはさすがに
芯が残りすぎていると。
味が美味しいだけに本当に残念でした。
あと、モンブランはメレンゲのでっかい塊と
苺ソルベとバニラアイスとチョコケーキの上に
苺が1粒乗っていて店員さんが席に来て
モンブランのクリームを絞ってくれます。
ただ、クリームは想像より
かなりゆっくり出てくるしめちゃくちゃシュールでした。（笑）
モンブランというよりは餡のような味と甘さでした。
洋菓子よりかは和菓子の大福のような感じです。
クリームブリュレも注文して
モンブランとブリュレはかなり大きいと
店員さんに教えて頂いたのですが
テリーヌだけびっくりするほど薄っぺらいし小さいしで
全員でおもしろすぎて爆笑しました。
ただ、デザートの中だとコースの柚子ソルベが
一番無難に美味しかった…（笑）
その次はこの激薄テリーヌが美味しかった。
トータルで見て、普通に美味しかった！
週末ということもあったからか、常に賑わっていて満席状態。
行かれる方は予約しておく方が確実です◎
