大阪市北区の北新地から少し歩いたところにあるダイビルというビルの１階にあるブーランジェリー
北新地の繁華街を南側に抜けたところに、緑がたくさんあるビルが現れます
その木々を抜けた奥にお店の入り口があり、店舗の外には緑あふれるテラス席もありました
日曜日の11:55の訪問で5名待ちに接続
この時点でテラス席はほぼ全て埋まっていました
○新玉ねぎとパンチェッタ 563円
甘い玉ねぎがたっぷり
幅広くカットされているので食べ応えあります
ソースの味わいというよりもベーコンも含めた素材の味わいで美味しく食べられます
○リュスティック 216円
水分量が多く成型が難しいことから、バゲット（棒状）などのように成型せずに発酵させ焼いたものだそうです
初めて食べましたが確かに内生地に水分が多くしっとり、もっちりした食感で美味しいフランスパンでした
○あんバター 447円
上記のリュスティックで挟んだあんバター
しっとり生地が良かったです

八朔の苦みを楽しむ大人なパン
木製のトレーに乗せたままテラス席に異動し、おしゃれに撮影される方が多く、雰囲気も含めてこちらのテラス席も非常に良いと思います
