職場の同僚と暑気払いに24人で集まるといったらここ。
入場料4500円(税込)を前払いしてから席について、各自でお好みのビールサーバーからセルフで注いでまずは乾杯！
私は珍しく普段飲まない黒ビールをチョイス。
高温で乾燥させた濃い色のモルトを使った黒い色のビールはビターチョコレートのような甘い香り。
料理はセルフ方式で、鳥もものブースから香ばしい匂いにつられて１人1本のチケットをスタッフに渡す。
鳥もも肉にかぶりつくと昔のアニメ「始め人間ギャートルス」になったよう。ジューシーな肉汁がたまらない。
色とりどりのブースから、和洋中のおつまみを選べるので
私はインドの三角形のサモサが皮がパリッとして中には
マッシュポテトとSPICEの効いたひき肉で美味しかった。
セルフのカクテルコーナーもあり、好きなカクテルを
カスタマイズ出来るようになっているのも楽しい。
学生時代にトムクルーズの映画「カクテル」を見て憧れて
バーテンダーのバイトをしていたので腕がなる。
シェーカーに氷とフルーツベースのリキュールやSPICEを入れて一人一人にステキなカクテル物語をプレゼント。
