といとい穴座
（大阪市北区・曽根崎）
今日もまた梅田へ。いい気候で、少々歩いてもあせもかかないし苦にならないし。またしても新御堂を越えて曽根崎1丁目・兎我野町方面へ。
そこそこ広いエリアで、通りもいっぱいあって、どの通りにもぽつぽつと飲食店がある。そのどれもがちょっと魅力的で、通り過ぎにくいのがまた楽しい。
今日見つけたのは「阿蘇溶岩焼」と銘打った「といとい」というお店。メニューを見ると「旨塩からあげ」があるので、安心して入店する。
改めてメニューを見ると、「からあげ3コ」というのと「からあげ5コ」というのがあって、お値段はどちらも800円。さらによ～く見てみると、副菜が「1種」か｢3種」かという違いがある。ならば、「からあげ5コ」の「副菜1種」で決まりである。
とちょうどそのとき仕事の連絡が入り、対応しているうちに料理が運ばれてきた。なかなか早い。確かにからあげは5個乗っているが、昨日の唐揚げが巨大だったので、極めて普通の大きさ。ちなみに、1個プラスは＋50円とのこと。で、食べてみると、サクッと軽い衣の中から柔らかいもも肉がこんにちは。ゴキゲンにからあげ5コ、ぺろりといただく。
それにしても、やはり「からあげ」「唐揚げ」「チキン南蛮」「チキンカツ」といった単語以外は、文字として認識しないなあ。病気かしら。
あ、そうそう。焼酎の品ぞろえがステキすぎ。誰か、夜行きません？（2022.4.6）
